My name is Adam Brighton and I am a passionate and safety orientated aviation professional with over 20 years of experience. Whilst my current experience is in training, my wealth of experience gives me the tools to succeed in any role with in aviation. As a highly regarded NAA Nominated Person (Form 4 Postholder) for training, who has a hardworking and dedicated work ethic to meet any challenge face on. I have extensive knowledge of EASA and UK Aviation regulations, and weirdly like to understand the intent of the regulation to ensure our Compliance is above and beyond the regulator requires. This was demonstrated by passing three audits with the UK CAA with no findings or observations within the last 12 months. I am experienced with IOSA and understand what it takes to achieve a successful accreditation with minimal findings or observations.
As a leader I take enjoyment from watching people grow and develop, both personally and professionally. It is important to give people the tools, mentoring and space to flourish.
I have a range of experience from survey flying to scheduled airlines, with the addition of ad-hoc charters for passengers or freight. I have held roles from Operations Control Centre for flight planning or crewing, to the Head of Training and Nominated Person position, with various training and pilot roles in between. I have a flexible and dynamic approach, with a meticulous attention to detail. I have a proven ability to achieve goals, safely and efficiently.
